Ring Company promises to keep all your personal information that you submit to us strictly confidential. We collect personal information only when necessary for contact, billing, shipping and personalizing the products you order.

Portions of your data may be shared with:

Your name, address, e-mail and any other data collected will not be sold to mailing-list firms or any other non-related third parties whatsoever.

The Ring Company may occasionally share statistics about our customers with important business partners, we do not disclose any identifying information about individual customers. In particular, your name and email will never be sold or distributed to any non-related party for whatever reason.

Pricing

The price of the ring and its options where applicable is as shown in the Ring Designer in US dollars. The full price will come up in Ring Designer and in the checkout process of your shopping cart. Each order will also be verified in person by our Customer Service Department. In very rare instances, they may find an issue where the price of your order needs to be modified. In these cases, you will have the option of canceling the order with no cost penalties to you.

Shipments to an address within the United States are not subject to any sales taxes.

Customs and Duties for International Shipments.

Any shipments to countries outside of the United States may be subject to additional customs and/or duties charges. These charges vary by country and circumstances. These costs are not applied nor collected by the RingCompany. Depending on your country, these costs are maybe applied by and collected by the courier company and/or a government agency.

Copyright and Trademark Issues

Please note that many names and logos of companies, schools, organizations, etc. are trademarked and/or copyrighted such that they cannot be used without permission from the owner of those names and logos.

In all such cases, you as the consumer are responsible to get the necessary permission from the owner of the trademark/copyright to do so. The consumer is also responsible to pay for any fees associated with the use of the name and or logo.
